Tecnik Stoves

Tecnik stoves are one of the countries leading manufacturers of workshop stoves. Designed predominantly for the carpentry workshop to burn sawdust, wood shavings or solid timber.

These stoves are ideal way to heat your workshop for free and dispose of wood waste products at the same time. The top loading and vents design reduces the risk of hot ash spillage while combustible materials are around the area. Ideal for workshops.
We have been manufacturing these stoves since 1991, many of which are still in use today.

Our stoves are simple to operate, as we explain here.
To light the stove, simply wrap a newspaper around a 75mm square section of wood, roughly 600mm long and place in front of the down pipe prior to loading and compacting the shavings/sawdust.

When filled you simply remove the timber, leaving the newspaper behind, and light at the base before replacing the lid. Within one minute the fire will be roaring and the sliders will need closing down to reduce the draft to the fire, controlling the heat output.

The secondary slider adjusts the top draft to help burn the smoke at the top of the
stove as this is combustible.
